Several cups of coffee and just beginning to feel human.

Up very late, loved Radiohead and then caught up on all the other stuff and then couldn't sleep.

I just found that solo by chance and I thought of you WW.

Have a good day all, perhaps I need some cider to prepare for some more music.

And this is going on just a little way away from here ... we only have to open the west facing windows to hear it https://www.gigantic.com/lets-rock-norwich-earlham-park-2017-06-24-11-00

We've had  alovely day - only marred at the end by not grasping the need for screw on males and push on females to fix our newly leaky hose-reel connectors.  What he doesn't know about watering would fill an encyclopedia!

Anyway, we found somewhere to park - afirst at La Tranche! - and then strolled along the sea front to the marine brocante where there were all sorts of fishing rods, boat bits, marine clothing and, oddly enough given we were right on teh waters edge, burgers or andouillets with frites.  We passed.    Strolled back again the other way and found a lovely fishy restaurant with a covered terrace right on teh beach edge.   Good views of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré and good food.

Then we found the centre and did a bit of shopping.  We finally have a Beware the Labrador for the gate and a Beware the Labradoodle sign which was the nearest we could get to a Rasta who we think is a Wheaten terrier but is often mistaken for a Labradoodle.  No Beware Pussies!   A floaty cotton top and pants for me and some new sandals then home via the garden shop.

Just having a slimline tonic for the cramps and then off to water after applying more fly repellent spray.  They don't go anywhere near OH for some reason.   We have clouds, at last, but they're keeping their H2O to themselves for now.

Good luck to anyone planning or attending gala days and village fêtes and outdoor concerts.

Brightening up here, although windy, so just doing a bin full of trimmings that I don't want to compost (mainly bindweed from the end of garden - again!)

Will have to think of something scrummy for tea then before settling down for the awesome Foo Fighters at Glaston"Berry".

Have to admit that I have been asleep, need to pace myself for the rest of Glastonbury and Dove's picnic.

I too am looking forward to the Foo Fighters, have loved Dave Grohl since his Nirvana days. Volume up to 11 I think.

Was hoping to go again for my 60th. next year, but OH has just reminded me, that it is a fallow year.

The sunshine is very bright now.  Not cooking today ordered out awaiting delivery.  Trying a vegetable option with cashew notes.   Also watching the tennis whilst Bruno is asleep on my knee.  I agree, Prince was a genius.   Very sniffly today with pollen but cannot take hayfever tabs I'm afraid..  Wish you all a lovely evening.

P'doc,  apparently we have to keep an eye out for my son's sound engineer mate who is in charge of the 'rack' ... I think he said 'stage right' .... but he might have said to 'our right' ... will I recognise him?  Doubtful image  Son isn't at Glasto this year ... has a huge 'get in' this week at Wembley and then the 'get out; afterwards.

Whoever's on stage over at the park nearby has got the bass turned right up image

Just back from a daytrip to Nottingham - MrC hired a little van - easiest way to get Chicklet and her accumulated furniture and belongings home image.  She is very sad to be leaving the Uni she loves for a year - when she goes back a lot of her friends will have already graduated.  But I am very pleased to have her home for 2 1/2 weeks before she gets on a plane to Adeleide.  Think I'm going to need virtual shoulders to cry on once that day comes .....daren't shed real tears, as I don't want to make her wobblyimage

Now trying to work up the energy to get outside ...there are still several planting hours before sunset image
