Quick hello and goodbye, I am fine but up to my eyes, been to two meetings today, very important and interesting, but gosh they do go on. In the second one somehow or other I was voted in/on the board, as a participating member of the business communityimage image I only put my hand up to say hello when they called my name out. They were all so welcoming and excited about the first English member I didn't like to withdraw. image

Ordered material for tablecloths and bunting today, very excited. image Must go to bed. Hope all is ok with everyone, daren't read back, I need sleep. image

P.S. Lizzie, fabulous time on Saturday, thank you, I promise to be in touch about teacups. image

Just popping in to mark the place I've read to, otherwise I have to keep going back over things I already know.image lovely to read all your doings. Busy, don't just talk about your gardening knees, give a photo! Don't know why the underline came on. Sorry about that. My iPad mini keyboard is a bit cramped.

Hubby is having an X-ray to a foot this morning so I'll do some grocery shopping while we're in town. He isn't a very good communicator so I don't know how long it's been bothering him - he just limps around the place in a grumpy mood and I'm supposed to know.image

Tomorrow he has his regular visit in Canberra to the Ophthalmologist, so our daughter will chaffeur is around so that his eyes can revert back to normal for our return trip home. We're not looking forward to the drive up there in the morning with the heavy fogs we are having lately, but he's careful, so it'll be ok. It'll be nice for me to have time to chat to my daughter for half an hour or so.

Joyce hope you're not knocking your self out, but I'm sure you know what to do.

    catch you later.

    Morning Hosta and Pat.

4am has become a 'normal' wake up time for me Hosta but I do get back to sleep after a cuppa and some toast. Hope you can grab another couple of hours.

    Good morning all image

Terrible fire ... Hope everyone got out, but the news report doesn't sound great image

About half an hour I watched a muntjac doe walk down the rise and across towards the SSSI woodland across the way.  I've heard them in the area, but not seen them this close to the house before.
