Lying in bed listening to relaxing sleep CD - it's not working for me. image

Can't decide whether to give in & get up or really, really try to go back to sleep. image

Good morning to anyone out there anyway. ?

Morning DD.   I tossed and turned for an hour than got up and had tea and toast.....hunger pangs. After an hour I am now sleepy and going back to bed.

Pat will probably be around soon or maybe Hosta to keep you company.

I think your head is buzzing with so many ideas and that will be keeping you awake. Hope you nod off soon.

Hello DD and Joyce If you're still there. I've actually managed to get some washing on the line and back in again today. Amazing.

Our son returned to Canberra this afternoon, so we can have a sleep in tomorrow imageimage

    Hi,

I've been laying awake for quite a long time and decided to get up and make some tea.  The cats came down asking for some fish.  Altho have to say chicken as they don't respond to fish.  I'll put some more biscuits down for them and some fresh water.  They've gone back to bed.  Turned the TV on just for some company.    Put some jeans on and a long sleeve top as it is cooler this morning.  Tomorrow borrowing mum's sheers to cut the box hedge back.  Looking at the aqualegia which the birds brought.  Haven't done anything with it but it is thriving and provides good cover.  Watching the film review on beeb 1 and then catch up with the news.    Waiting to have breakfast as drinking cinn and honey tea. Hope you are okay and the early risers.

Got up and then went back to bed and got some sleep, finally. Now I have to be up and out, just when I had got comfy. image

Lizzie, I will try and call but I am on the move a lot today, will you be well enough to go to church tomorrow? If so, please tell your friends I really would like the tea cups, I could call in to you on Wednesday afternoon, but only very briefly whilst Charlie is at Pony Club.Sorry, should PMd but if I walk away now I'll forget.image

Hope everyone is well/getting better, sounds cooler so should be a relief. image

Must dash, hope to pop in later. image

I nodded off on the lounge for a while, but have stirred myself enough to think about making some dinner for us tonight. It's all these early morning with a visitor and not getting my usual sleep-in image that does it. The light is fading now, so it'll be dark soon. Time to close the GH

    catch up later.

    Hello all image

Just been out to top up the bird feeders ... I'm quite a bit more mobile now, if ungainly and slow  ...

Now I'm back on the sofa with my feet up ... time for muesli and coffee image
