Butty! What's taken them so long to realise you need a CT scan? Progress indeed. Have fun with Lyn. No new hostas here till I see how the ones I brought with me do in the new bed which is now a foliage bed with lots of hostas.
OH is ironing. Dogs and kittens all flopalot. I'm off to sew.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Just returned from hairdresser so I can see again. My hair is very straight and very thick, and looked good long when I was in my twenties, Obelixx - less so now I'm... 27.
I've just posted our requests for postal votes. Thanks again for the info, LilyP and Obelixx. (Not that my vote is likely to make a difference in this constituency, but hey ho!)
Lunch first, then gardening again, I hope.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Same here Liri. Far too hard to maintain a cut tho I did have a bob for years when I worked in an office. Have spent most of my life with long hair. Only a bovver when it's really hot and it refuses to stay up - too smooth for grips and clips and so on. Apart from a few white streaks at the side it's mostly still my natural colour too so looks OK long. Pity about the front view!
Fuchsia pink Moroccan kaftan fixed, pants altered and a skirt half made. Lunch has been had - full English except for black pud - and now to get washed and dressed for water butt hunts.

Afties all. Still lovely here (15 degrees) but the wind is ever present. I hate to say it - but even us folk in the west of Scotland need some rain. I've had to resort to using the hose too Joyce. I need to get the front bed a good soak so that I can put a bit of B,F&B down and mulch with all my lovely manure.
As long as the rain waits till after the weekend - I've got hills to climb! Looking splendid everywhere Liri, so probably Mamores. Glen Etive is always gorgeous - apart from when those neds arrive to trash it. Lots of people leave the Mull Ben More for their 'compleation', but as I'm unlikely to do all 283, I think I might be doing it sooner!
T'bird - never too late for clematis planting. I have several to buy
Progress indeed Hosta. Hope it gives you a bit of a resolution.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Sausage sarny/ sarnie? ( who knows?) was yummy.
Just dropped Hubby off at the shop and washing is now in machine. Now I'm waiting for Lyn to pop round for a cuppa and a good old catch up.
Dove, I must have missed it. Which one?
Oh, Just spoken to Docs' receptionist. I'm being sent for a CT scan. Progress.

I saw a link to a nursery selling Hostas for £2.50 each. I quickly looked away, honest.
Two hoses soaking the ground for three hours......we are not on a water meter. The ground has been dried more by the wind than the heat.
Fairy, this would have been an ideal week for going over to Mull and doing Ben More. Scottish news last night showed a glorious view up Loch Etive.
Hosta about time! H. Minute Man.
An in Apple store in city centre cos phones doing odd things.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Hosta. Thought you had had a scan?
Liro I planted out sweet peas last weekend, they seem to be coping with the wind?
Joyce I watered last night but think we will need to put the sprinkler on for a good soak, this wind!!
