Home now. I've asked Hubby What has happened in Manchester - he knew but hadn't told me. I know now. Barrrrrr! Terrible times we're living in. image

    Morning all.

Just had to send a message to my partner (in Japan) to let him know about Manchester as some of his work collegues live there. Not the nicest of good morning / afternoon messages but he is optimistic that they are all safe.

When I go to work today I will be investigating what protocol we have for such incidents (we're only 55 miles from Manchester). We will be prepared to do what we can to help others.

Keep safe everyone; who knows what today will bring us. Hopefully cake.

Morning - a lovely sunny day - sadly marred by the dreadful news from Manchester. Hope nobody on here has been directly affected.

Hope Chicky (and anyone else going this week) has a wonderful time at Chelsea.

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

    Morning all/afties Pat.

Not much I can add to what's been said, except to say that ,the wonderful people who went out to do what they could to help others are the real face of humanity. The contemptible people who carry out these attacks are not humans.

I'm concerned about our friends here visiting Chelsea now.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
