Great photos Chicky.  Glad you enjoyed it.  I love the way they do rivers of grape hyacinths.  Only thing to do with them!

Try loading your photos onto an album with photobucket (free) and then posting a link.  It'll be quicker and you can keep the album as long as you like.

Look who came to visit our gravel mess this evening.

Lucky you, Obelixx!  We hear them occasionally, but I've not seen one close up around here.

Lots of people seem to have been buying plants... we have a gardeners' plant swap next month, so I'll have to contain myself until then.  Luckily I've got lots of seedlings to occupy me - and not much room for anything else in the garden, to be honest, unless I do a re-design.

Fab photos, Chicky.  You're right, not subtle - but those bulbs definitely make an impact!  image

Chicky looks like you had a super weekend, fab photos

Joyce, we did have a great day today but it was still chilly in the wind.  Don't know if you know our ponds (where the old castle was) but turning into the wind was sore on the ears! Not lamb to be seen, usually tells me something about the weather!

we have had the 4th day in a row going flat out. Feel we are at just about the right stage. My hands look a sight tho as I have been tying in the loganberries, nasty little critters.

WW did you get today off?

Liro I know what you mean, nit much space here either, although.................

Its taken me a while to read back - lovely collection of shade loving plants Kateimage.  I use your philosophy - if something grows well, add lots more of it image  Its not quite "right plant, right place" but I think it could catch on image

Morning all/afties Pat if you're there

Another cool, cloudy breezy day here. Hopefully the sun will break through later like it eventually did yesterday.

You had plenty of sun on your travels chicky - up above and on the ground! It does take a little while to do the photos.
