hello all of you - I've slept in!

Hope Hostas had a good night at last ... Did we hear from him after work yesterday?  Expect he was busy cutting grass ...

Morning all /afties Pat - can you see outside yet? image

Bit dull and cloudy here, rain forecast for later, but the little cobaeas have survived. Had a look at them at 5am when I woke. Got back to sleep - perhaps Hosta has had a good night indeed Dove!

Will you be having cake tomorrow Clari? image

Don't know if anyone heard about the step disappearing from Everest? After the hill in Glen Nevis sliding into the gorge, I'm beginning to think that phrase  'the hills will still be there tomorrow, the trick is to see that you are too'  might be changing image image

Are you , by any faint, remote chance, slightly excited chicky? image

Have a lovely time. I couldn't cope with the crowds of people. Will you have a nice fat cheque book or well stocked credit card with you  image

Better get organised - have a good day everyone, whatever the weather image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

My ex boss used to do Chelsea on the last day, when they sold the plants from the display gardens ... She and friend used to come back on the train with plants in a couple of shollies and tucked under their arms ...

    Morning all.

Hope the mist clears up Pat.

A bit grey this morning but fine for getting out and attacking the weeds.

Recorder set for the the afternoon tv from Chelsea. I enjoy these more in-depth programmes from the show.

Have a great day tomorrow Chickyimage

    Morning all.

I had to go and water the polytunnel when I came in from work last night. I was so tired I had to do something to stop me just going to bed at 5pm.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday I had a collective total of 11 hours sleep. image

Better last night but soooooooooooooooo much to do , as usual. I didn't get a chance to watch Chelsea and I think there are 3 programmes on today. See how it goes.

Our friends are there for the first time this year showing Asiatic primulas. I'm so nervous for them and need to check the medals list as soon as it's published.

Forecast is for about 24C later in the week. About time too.image

Dove, we used to go to Hampton Court on the Sunday and bag bargains at the end.

    Devon.

I was so tired I totally forgot about the Chelsea programme. image  And son phoned in a panic cos he thought he'd done something major to his back ... And he's got a huge couple of weeks coming up at work ... sounds more like a muscle strain to me so after he stopped panicking he found he could still move a bit so took some anti inflames and painkillers. Wonky spoke to him later and said he seemed ok about it ... It's hard as he lives on his own with only a daft ginger cat to talk to. image

Quick pop in to say Good Morning before I disappear off to the office. Lovely and sunny out there - think I'll plant up a couple of pots later this afternoon.

Will watch Chelsea today and tomorrow but by about Friday I'll be Chelsea'd out. Would love to go one year but find it hard to justify the ticket price and I'd hate the crowds. Being short is a real issue at events like that.

Best get a wriggle on. SYL.image

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

    Morning all. Cloudy here.

I still have unwatched Chelsea programmers from last year on the recorder. It's the busiest time of year in the garden, saw last night 's prog though.
