Ahh, the thought of Wonky's Lovely Hub doing dinner.......... He has many amazing qualities, but providing meals isn't one of them ... They both have well developed self preservation skills
She's promised me theyll have something quick but nourishing and she'll get an early night.
Im tucked up in bed already ... Sweet dreams everyone
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Why does OH always want to watch Midsomer Murders when he always sleeps through it? I had seen it before, but he said we hadn't, so he slept through it again
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
If he always sleeps thru he hasn't seen them has he? OH does that too.
We're watching Line of Duty, episode 3. The lead female reminds me of the Borg queen in Star Trek Voyager and her hubby is Stan Shunpike from Harry Potter. Other than those minor distractions and a pair of playful kittens, it's very good.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Hello everyone. Just woken up. My Hubby does that too.. it must be the comfortable lounge chair.
it feels cold out there and I haven't decided what to do today. We'll probably go to town for our usual shopping day. Just as well it's overcast. I've mislaid my sunglasses. Very annoying.
im so impressed with Wonkys first day and getting a raise as well. They sound like a good family to work for. Well done you..
Oh no Hosta. Justbeen out and we have escaped it again (frost) - although it was 1 when I got in (late) last night. Forecast tonight is dodgy too, so not out of the woods yet.
This morning I went into the garage to get my car warmed up for when Hubby wandered down, and low and behold one of my rear tyres was flat. So tyre removed and loaded into Hubbys ute. Took it to the tyre place in town and they have to get a replacement from Sydney; Canberra didn't have any in the size. Double . We need to ring on Friday to see if it's arrived And then take the Mazda in
(on its stupid little spare tyre with a 60km speed limit on it). Very irritating.
ive closed the GH and covered the zucchinis and tomatoes, but I'm not sure it'll make any difference. I have a feeling that the wood heater might be used for the first time this year. I hate the filthy Ash all over the place.
I have blue skies here at the moment. Different to yesterday , when we had four lots of hail and the neighbours cat yowled to be let in, and then spent the day curled up on the sofa.

Morning all. Not light yet, but from the kitchen window I can see frost on the tops of the cars.
