My hangover cure was a fry up ... But I was usually the one cooking it for the ones with the hangover image

    Hi all.

No vices, Hosta, nothing worse than reformed drinkers / smokers. Also when you wake up in the morning, you know that is the best you will feel all day. Me however, I know that things can only improve during the day. image

Sunny but much colder, a hard w/e's gardening has knocked the stuffing out of me, easy day I think.

    Have a good one.

I'd be suicidal if "first thing in the morning" was the best I could hope for all day. I usually feel like plap.

I have to give myself credit, I have no issue with others drinking around me, I've never tried to persuade anyone else to give up and have already asked my daughter what booze she and her boyfriend would like waiting for them when they arrive on Thursday night.

I totally agree with you about preachy reformed types.

Morning all, beautiful day here in Cornwall, thinking of going to Talland Bay today as Merrie and Mabel want to go rock pooling and sand castle building.

Not a drinker but had a few glasses of vino last night so feeling a little delicate and some fool has bought the grandchildren whistling lollies which they are now eating after breakfast.

Hope evryone has a lovely time whatever they are doing.

Super day but extremely hot, suffered a bit but kept on running. Very pleased to see that finish line. :)

Hope to be back in touch with you all soon, bank meeting 14:00 on Wednesday.  Keep well everyone:)
