    Hi all.

I've worn myself out today. Took everything out of the freezer and sorted them.  I've made one huge pot of combined stock, stew and soup into one large pot. Rather tasty. We had a bowl for lunch with toast and I suspect we'll be having it again tonight for dinner.  With the fruit, I've combined, apple (from our orchard) and berries. So, Hubby is making pastry and there'll be fruit pies tonight as well.

At least I can see what's what in the freezer now. Threw out some things.

Morning all/afties Pat - that cyclone looks utterly horrific. We really are lucky in this country.

Cloudy and cool here Dove, it feels more like an  autumn type of day.  I think you've to get sun when that fog burns off. It was lovely while it lasted here image

Enjoy your bike ride chicky - my thighs are still feeling Sunday's steep hill shift, although the muscle pains from pushing the car out are far worse. Couldn't understand why I was sore down my right  side yesterday  image

Not read back yet - have you been in the wars GWRS? I wish you a good recovery, even though I'm not sure what has been wrong.

Frit - I can see now about your shifts. That's a bridge too far for me! I used to work slightly later on some days, with a later start. I hated it. Much rather have the early starts that I normally had. I don't now people manage proper late shifts - I take my hat off to all of you, whatever the job is. image

Cuppa before  take youngest to work. I could get used to this 'no work' thing....

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Dropping Hubby at the shop then going to the "Bike Shop" to see if they can advise me on getting my Royal Enfield on the road.image It's been in the garage here for 4 years since we had it shipped over from India.

It's very easy, Fairygirl.although somehow, lots of other things to do keep cropping up. I like the no alarm, and get up when you feel like it best.

Good morning Fairy, Dove, Hosta Fidget Frit and Chicky, and all those still to come

evening Pat, what games do you play on your Ipad?

very misty here, will clear but I think we have lost our stunning weather, hope not for too long.

still no passport for baby, we have given up hope of Easter, feeling a bit low

Yes Fairy, we've been watching the progress of the cyclone all day. It's south of Townsville, but the less cities are getting a thrashing. Looks bad. No power in some areas for hours.

Hi Lilyp. I play jigsaw planet and another game called Wood Puzzle. As well as cards Solitaire and a where's Wally type of thing where you have to find objects. I prefer Sudoku in a book than on screen. image Great time wasters!
