Wonderful Wonky.  Hours of fun ahead - once it's built.  make sure you note where every part goes as you dismantle it and take photos before and during to help you rebuild.  Been there, done that etc.

Still grumping here.   Thought I'd see if any donkeys want a home but the nearest sanctuary I've found online is over 3 hours away and asks for 450€ per adoption and doesn't do transport.   I'd want a pair for company.   Nothing to be done either way just yet until bulldozer man has been and scraped the pond bottom.   It'll be dumped in said paddock, in the dip to make it all more level.

Earlier I mentioned I may have a tree peony.  Here it is.  Yes?  No?

    Thanks Chicky.

That is lovely.  Strangely, there are no magnolias in flower round here that I've noticed so maybe they're later in this area and yet a hibiscus in our front garden is already showing leaf buds and in our Belgian garden that didn't happen till May.

Afternoon all,  Off on Nanna duty in a minute but just popped in to say Hi.  Got back to sleep about 5ish and didn't get up till 10 so not too bad.

Been busy in the garden this morning pulling up large quantities of grape hyacinths.  Fed a lot of plants and pruned hydrangea paniculata.  Need to cut the ivy back but that will have to wait.

Wonky, great news re the greenhouse.  I love mine, it's only little but I manage to grow loads of plants each year and overwinter some tender beauties.

    See you all later.

Mmmm ... if I make a donation of some large sheets of bubble wrap I might have somewhere to overwinter some tender perennials etc in the future  image
