Fairy, I've found that the long tailed tits are feeding mainly from the pink fat block.  The peanuts are about 18 inches from that and sunflower seeds 5 feet away

    I'm hoping they might nest.

Joyce - one was on the peanut feeder, and when they both went in the cage, one was on the suet block and one was at the seed feeder just in front of it. I've got a separate sunflower feeder just outside the cage too - in case the goldies come back and are a bit shy of the cage.

I'm assuming they're a 'pair' as there was only the two of them - no others in sight. Would be lovely if your pair nest. Isn't it funny how much pleasure you can get from something so small and simple   image

A lovely afternoon here, so I took some photos in the garden so I know where to put more bulbs next autumn.  Couldn't actually do gardening cos I was busy - plus I cut a finger quite badly yesterday while I was pruning, and I daren't get it mucky.  image

Wonky, your progress is remarkable!  That soil looks nice, so presumably you've managed to get rid of the rubble and the ground elder double quick.  Congrats on the greenhouse, too!

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Ha ha Wonky - talk about one-upmanship image. You heard about my freebie lean-to greenhouse and just had to go one better didn't you? image Looks like you're going great guns on that garden - love the pergola and bench. Where's the greenhouse going to live?

And hello to everyone else too image. I now can't remember what I've already said, let alone who else has said what, but the overwhelming impression I'm getting is that spring has sprung (well, maybe it's just working up to it for Fairy, Joyce et al) and that everybody is full of the joys and very busy in their gardens.

Rendang curry for tea in a bit. Yum. Yes I know we eat very late, but this is still quite early for us.
