Just got results of my first OU assessment, and I passed.

Having doubts though, just seen the pictures from Yemen and wonder whether I need to go out there for a while. Major thinking required.

Hopefully spending so much time in the garden at the moment will help me make a decision.

GPs tomorrow as ears still very sore.

    Sleep well.

    I watched the Replacement too.

    Fab bench Wonky.

Two beautiful magnolias, I wonder if my Leonard Messel will be coming out when we get back.

We went to Bury St. Edmunds today. Had a good mooch around and I bought some sandals in M&S. Bit disappointed with the M&S sandals this year. Bury is a lovely town though. Came back through the countryside and stopped at a pretty thatched pub for a cider.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Well done Pdoc. That's brilliant. image

I know the TV pictures tug at our heart strings, but my instinct is to say focus on one thing for a while. You'll be able to put more in and get more out if you do. It is ok to do something for yourself for a while (( hugs))

Dove - there's a lot more much needed light under the conifers now. The laurels have been massacred but look good for it and thought they might as well do the buddleias (never could spell that!) for me too. But money ran out for a good prune of the apple trees so just a clip here n there. The chaps did a much better job than last time I let anyone loose on my trees!!

The afternoon didn't go as planned ( does it ever?) so once again limited gardening substituted with errand after errand. Off Thursday so may get some more done then fingers crossed.

Wonky - love the bench, remember your garden before you started but was about the time I stopped posting regularly (well obsessively if I'm honest! But nice to pop back now n then to see how you are all doing).

Morning all/afties Pat when you're there image

Quite a nice looking day here just now - no wet and wind. It's coming later though. Pity I'm at work - would have been good for a few bits and bobs outside.

I loved The Replacement, although I felt they rushed a couple of bits in the last episode. Vicky McCLure doesn't get a rest though - Line of Duty back soon - hurray! Best 'cop' drama ever  image

Doc- remember to look after yourself too. That's more important than anything. Good news about your assessment  image

Did you get your mane tamed successfully BL? Mine grows so quickly - gets very untidy after five weeks or so.

Wonder if Wonks is sore today....image

Quick look round before I go. Another day, another dollar...or something image

    Have a good day everyone.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
