I'm just cooking supper, but that would make a great pud!

    Has poured today. Done housework.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Rubbish day here.

Bands of heavy showers and a cold wind all day. image

    No gardening done whatsoever. imageimage

Dove: that cake looks stunning! Only just logged on so don't suppose there is any left now image

Managed a couple of 15 minute bursts of gardening but the rain won in the end. Did manage the all-important breakfast cuppa outside though.

Just doing some chicken in ciabatta for tea then prob watch a film. I have 'gone off' going to the cinema as like my home comforts and pause button too much!

My garden and I live in South Wales.

Aunty Rach . I know what you mean, and you don't have idiots around you who don't switch off their phones, have to eat foul smelling " food" are incapable of sitting , even relatively still, and have the attention span of a fish.

I think the last time I went to the cinema was taking my girls to the last Harry Potter film.

Thai red curry for us tonight and Shakespeare in Love on DVD.

    Devon.

Fairy, that Nuthatch is so pretty.  I never get anything like that in my gardenimage

Hubby cooked a lovely King Prawn, red lentil and spinach curry for tea.  Mind you a slice of that cake would go down a treat about now Dove, I'm desperate for 'something nice'.

Got a fair bit done in the garden today in between showers.  Oh drat, just remembered I haven't closed the greenhouse door.  Must dash.
