I wonder how many people get scammed by these ****ers though. My boss actually believed they were from BT until I shouted through to her office that they were a***holes and to hang up. They must get enough gullible folk for it to be worth their while image

You ask them for a BT freephone number to call back on and that makes them hang up. Otherwise they give you a number and you're just phoning them back.

Anyhoo - morning all to come/afties Pat - hope you're not melting from the heat.

A bit of frost here I think - too dark yet to see well. Great looking forecast for the hill - hope it's right!

Hope everyone has had a good sleep and is ready for a new day.

I'll catch you all later image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Good morning all image

Grey and cold here - it seems very still out there. OH has set off on his bike, and I'm deciding what to do with my day - I need more knitting to do so I might go into the city, but it's Saturday so that might be a daft thing to do ... I shall ponder ...

    Enjoy the hills Fairy image

    Morning all.

Bitterly cold here again with a hard frost.

Sky looks clear so it might turn out to be a nice morning. ( nice in a sub zero kinda way )

Enjoy your walk Fairy, ya loony.

Good morning everyone, blanket of snow here image

i don't get those calls on landline but do on mobile, I just answer, heavy breathe a bit and hang up image

Snow here too Beauimage  Not quite a blanket, but definitely a covering.

Going snowdrop visiting this morning - the local galanthophile opens his garden every other year - he has a beautiful collection.  His garden is woodland, so don't expect he will have had enough snow to cover them completely.

But first I need a cuppa - the house is filled with yoofs who stayed over after littlest Chicklet had a mini birthday party last nightimage  Not sure how many I will need to step over before I find the kettleimage

  • I have,  have I pressed the wrong button again??

    Morning all.

Going to babysit for son as DIL has her 6 month echography for 3rd baby due in May. Then lunch with them, then going to look at cars as mine is 12 years old.

Little black ants on your leg Pat!! Aarrggh!

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • I have  ,  again I must have pressed the wrong button again  If anyone out there finds my message let me know where it is Thanks

It's now snowing!! Snow , I ask you.

On a plus note, 2 moments of joy. No1 a blue tit checking out my new bird box, and No2 watching a thrush bash the bejeezus out of a snail and eat it.

Come on Spring, you can do it.

    Devon.
