80% of Belgians have vitamin D deficiency so I expect it's widespread in the UK too - all those grey skies thru winter and wrapping up every extremity to keep warm. Our GP told us we had to take a series of the most disgusting tasting vitamin D oil supplements. It's OK mixed into the morning juice tho.
Can't see it being a problem here tho. T-shirt weather this pm and got 3 hours of gardening in - messing with pots and spraying weeds in the future potager. Kittens have been outside all pm too and Luc has put his first mot of cows back out in the field. Spring seems to be sprung.
Have to watch UV levels soon as Cosmos kitten has very pink ears and will need sunscreen to prevent skin cancer......... That'll be fun.
Sweet dreams all.

Hope you can get unscented sunscreen, Obelixx; somehow a perfumed cat doesn't seem quite right! The few times our (now indoor) white cat went out, she was not overly thrilled to have her ears plastered with stuff which she spent some time trying to remove...
Not t-shirt weather here in the Pennines but at least it was dry all day, with sun in the morning. 9C is reasonable for Feb, I think.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Lilly; I have to follow the FODMAP diet, sugar is already on the occasional treat side of life (shame because I could devour a family sized chocolate bar without realising I have no will power for chocolate and have to keep it in the freezer!)
Oak; I didn't know albinism affected the blood! I'm going to have a spot of reading at lunch to try and see if I can understand it more.
Pat; I hope you get some rain soon!
Morning Dove!
We're opening the Sheffield Blitz exhibition today. Well I say we; the museum is. I'll most likely be hiding away in my cupboard. Do shout if you hear about it on the television or radio!!
