Very recently a friends wee lad received a gift from Hull fire service (a mobility scooter). It was on Look North but I missed it.

The powers of Facebook meant I got to see it just now. What struck me most was the picture of Joe as a baby, I'd never seen his baby photos before. Cute doesn't cut it he was adorable!! It did however make my do the proper crying and dribbly snot and full hand wavey nonsense (why do ladies wave their hands when they cry??)

    This is Joe:

Don't be taken in by that beautiful smile: he's no angel!

Fairy; are you sure these poles aren't for ball room dancing? They sound beautiful!

Lovely Clari - and Russell Howard presenting too. Not bad!

They're quite 'gallus' - the new poles. Nice soft grips and wrist loops.

  • Lesley & Fairy - I hadn't realised I could "follow" you on the Jigsaw Planet site.  Hope it's not creepy... I guess it just means I can see when you've put a new puzzle on, which is nice.  image  Now to look for Pat...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

I meant to say to Lesley that she could just click on your name to see the jigsaws Liri. Glad she got them. I think you should put on the pic you had the other day too -  the snowy hills view. It would make a lovely puzzle  image

Doubt they'll be much snow tomorrow, although there's a bit over in Glenshee, a little west of where I'll be.

Have replied to your PM T'bird. Enjoy the progs image

I'd better get to bed too. Nice clean bedclothes - just the ticket. Night all image

Just read back. Busy doing Christmassy things today, the tree is up and the cards are arranged. Last cards have been sent. Christmas lunch is in the freezer. Washed up all the glasses from the Carol service.

Glad Wonky is on the mend, 'flu is horrid.

Don't worry about the baby Lily P, 4 days late is nothing, positively normal.

    Very smart poles Fairy.

Liri, I put some of my jigsaws under a heading of Australia. Once you find one, the others will be visible. I haven't put any on for a while. Must have a dog through my photos.
