Morning all image on third coffee and having a lazy start. We are off to the village I grew up in later today for a carol service with papa womble.

Chicky, glad you have everything organized for your family Christmas with your Dad. He will be so pleased not to miss out on the festivities, I'm sure!

Merry Christmas Pat! Night night image

Hosta, I can't imagine how you keep your composure with rude customers! I used to struggle when I was working in the wedding gown business....never met such a self centred bunch of divas!

I hope everyone has a lovely christmas Eve x

  • Enjoy the carols Wonky - give my love to old friends image

Linda there will be a sense of excitement at what next Christmas will be like.  All the bestimage.  Wonky I hope you're in good voice and enjoy the carolsimage (that's singing - not shockimage).

Here's wishing everyone a very happy and peaceful Christmas.  I'll raise a glass to you all?.

I'm working on it Lesley - more of a ditty than a 'pome'....image

    I'll raise my cuppa to everyone...and a mint Matchmaker....or three...image

I cut more greenery and filled the bird feeder when the rain stopped for little while. The poor robin got buffeted around in the cage when a wild, gusty, sleety shower came in. He had to take shelter under the bench and eat the food there...

Woodchip moving finished for the day. Just enough to keep me busy tomorrow.

Some band up there now Hosta....

Very sad. Who could forget them opening the Live Aid concert? The perfect start - nothing else could have matched that.

Was the coal face ok today? No customers having childish hissy fits?

  • Not really a Quo fan (ex was) but saw them live at a stadium gig - they certainly knew how to put on a live show.

Wishing all of you who celebrate it, a very Happy Christmas.

For those of you who don't, a very happy one anyway.

Hope everyone gets what they want, but if you don't, it is the thought that counts.

Rocking all over the world, or rocking in the free world, which I much prefer.

Sure I will be on tomorrow to repeat this, but just in case.
