Fidget ((hugs)) Hope nothing too ominous is revealed and that a bit of rest and/or physio will sort him out quickly.
Just a thought - when I had some upper back/neck problems, because I had to drive as part of my job, my employer paid for work station assessments which included an assessment of the positioning and adjustment of my car seat. You'd think it'd be common sense how to adjust it to get it right, but once the physio had adjusted it properly I experienced a huge improvement.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Good luck with car hunting, Fidget. I hope the insurance does it's stuff.
We had friends who went to Lincoln Cathedral, 2 couples who had holiday homes here. So sad, earlier this year one of the couples drove into a river here and died, he'd had a heart attack. Wonder is GWRS knew them.
We may go out to town today to print the Carol Service leaflets or we may do it on Monday. Otherwise I shall carry on sticking photos in albums. I've got so behind with it. But must light the woodburner first.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

The turtles heard it was my Birthday so decided to hatch in daylight, just for me.
Bye bye little ones.
A lovely pressie. Happy Birthday Hosta

Back in the day: mobile phones were huge and folk shouted into them.
They got smaller and folk stopped shouting.
Now, it seems, they have to be hand held 24/7 , held at arm's length and shouted at, whilst waiting for them to shout back.
Especially antisocial when accompanied with " THIS IS THE LOBBY, THIS IS THE BAR. CAN YOU SEE THE PALM TREES?"
Does anyone look more ridiculous than using an iPad to make a phone call?
Happy Birthday Hosta

- what a great pressie.
It is now nearly 11am - I will get out of my dressing gown soon.
Seem to have done a few little jobs this morning - but just not included getting dressed amongst them
Happy Birthday, Hostafan.
Bon Voyage little turtles. I hope to see you one day
