I've tried to post a few times .  If this works - Joyce - yayimageimageimage.  Shame he didn't have the chance of 'winning' though  Fingers crossed again. .  Hosta thanks for the heads-up.  I was getting into the cobwebby cornersimage.  Bet you haven't got anyimage.

Well done Andy imageimageimage. Quite an achievement that .....hope he wins tomorrow.

Dare I ask why son's bed is being dismantled Lesley?  Good luck with your bumper roast tomorrow.

Tulip bulbs all planted and pots all tidied up for the winter.  Then went for a quick walk before the sun went down - those autumn colours are the best I have seen for years round here.  Walk was a bit hilly - think I might have earned 40 winks.......imageimageimageimagex10

We've just been to a bonfire and fireworks in a local village. Fireworks were magnificent. They were selling drinks and hog roast sandwiches in the village hall next to the field, but we were to full of roast pheasant and raspberries from the farm shop Dove told us about image

    Morning all.

Today's job is to get the dog to eat

The fireworks have put him off and it's hard enough to get him to eat at the best of times. Trouble is not eating = so much dog gas. image

Talking of bad smells; that 25kg of meat is still in a Parcelforce lost in transit van. I pity whoever finds it on Monday! imageimage

Laying in bed awaiting the customary tea in bed (it make take a while). I have real cravings for pork pie!

    Morning all.

Just put the 5hr lamb in the oven, will have to take it out later to make room for the roast potatoes which will be at a higher temperature. 2 couples of new friends coming to lunch.
