Liri, you are not alone in stomping or scuffing through leaves.  We should enjoy a second childhoodimage

No stomping through fallen leaves here. Too busy hoovering them up and bagging them.

3 deliveries of chippings this week, and, I think, more due tomorrow.image

Hubby home now so proper meals for a couple of days. Two days "up country" next week and that's it. Home forever.

    Devon.

I wish I was 27. I have to do the birth control renewal phone call tomorrow. I really don't want to go to the family planning evening clinic in a local town: when I went three years ago I felt older than most of the mothers sat there having quite clearly dragged their deeply embarrassed barely teenage love stories to be "sorted" by the nurse.

Off work tomorrow while the plumbers rip out the central heating to the house. I have a dog food delivery coming and hoping to make a few kg of dog treats. If they finish early enough I might even treat myself to doing something for myself! (Buy some thermals; it's going to get chilly!!)

Oh Clari, how young you sound! I sit in the Doc's waiting room waiting for my HRT with other women of 27 hoping it will be renewed in case it won't because of breast cancer risks. Without it I'm moody and have hot flushes, still haven't grown out of them. Luckily I don't have breast cancer in the family and the doc thinks prevention of osteoporosis important because I have horses and am at risk of breaking bones.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
