Well done Wonky. It makes you feel good when you do well in these tests, doesn't it? I remember that when I was studying for my Hort certif that one of the males in my group who was a very large loud fellow from Canada and was always a bit carefree about doing things by the book, apparently paid one of the brighter female students to do his assignments for him, because he couldn't be bothered. He was always the clown though and made us all laugh.
Morning Pat, your story made me chuckle! That sounds just like some of the chaps I know! but as I point out to them, we all have our specialist areas and skill sets!
Clari, Reggie is a sensible chap! I'm guessing you must already have an electric blanket!?! We wouildnt be without ours, nor would the cat!
Pdoc, haven't watched the missing but have to confess to rewatching Dexter again, think its probably one of my all time favorite series! Equally as excited having just watched the Trainspotting 2 trailer, my era, think I was 19 when the first one came out, hard to believe that nightclubs now are filled with kids that weren't even born when the first Trainspotting was made! which is why I no longer frequent nightclubs myself
Just stuffed some homemade spiced pear and maple syrup cake...an invention that was rather successful! served hot with vanilla ice cream! another episode of Dexter, then off to bed I think....night folks
Good morning all , G'day Pat. My smilies are missing again ... OH says there's a touch of frost out there, but he's not the most reliable of weather reporters ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Back under the duvet with amother coffee. OH was right - quite a sharp frost out there. I'm sure we've had more frost so far this year than we had in the whole of last winter.

Manic week, but all good. Hoping for a quieter week-end, just have a fundraising dance to go to tonight, not a big flashy ball, just a get together in the village hall for Telethon next week-end. Feel obliged to go, and want to as well, but means I will miss SCD again.
Also have to get an 8 mile run in to get on top of marathon training, luckily weather looks bright. Just have to plan my route carefully, don't want to end up too far from home. A duvet day does sound more enticing.
Punkdoc, I'm really loving The Missing, despite it's complicated layers.
Well Done WW, perhaps you are over qualified for this job, maybe reach for higher things....
Well Done Lizzie too, all good and much needed work.
Must go now or before I know it the day will be gone. Good day to all and I hope to catch up properly later.
