Just heard Michelle Obama speaking about Trump and his attitude to women. What a brilliant speaker she is !

From what I've read and heard, it appears that there were some morons who thought it was funny to try to wind the gorilla up! image

Just been up to the tunnels. 4.1C was last night's minimum. Coldest this season so far.

I HATE BEING COLD. Have I mentioned that before?

Suddenly this week ,the hostas have taken on their Autumnal orangey colouring. I think I need to make room in polytunnel for the  tenders to snuggle up for the winter. No idea how I'm going to fit everything in this winter.

Trump's levels of denial and the stupidity of his supporters leave me speechless. ( and that doesn't often happen)

It does seem incredible but then, people in the UK believed the 350 millions on that bus and TB about WMD.

Cold here today and dark and grey but dry and still.   Local market this morning for a raid on the fish and veggie stalls then PO for DD - none in our village so an excursion needed - then dog walking to tire them out before we go to the vet to get their microchips updated.

Still hunting for decent sized small plant pots with a bit of depth for sowing beans.

Some of my hostas in pots have gone buttery but others are still green.    They'll have to stay in their pots for winter along with nearly all my other treasures but I do want to get the golden rain tree planted and find a good spot for my hamamelis so we get the perfume in Jan/Feb.
