Leg warmers too Clari. Flexible open plan and snuggery sounds good to me.
We have bought 3 new doormats and have a bowl at the back door and handy doggy towels ready for paw washing after mucky walkies. Fortunately the dogs love the whole rub down process and know there'll be a Jumbone or pig'e ear at the end of it all. The towels also do mucky paws just coming in from the garden - - if we catch them.
Might have to tackle the fabric mountain next. Not doing anythng about "improvements" till we're all sorted and know what we want and where to get it. No point going off half-cocked. .
Impressive pickles Dove. Somewhere, I have 3 cartons full of jams, chutneys and lime pickle.....

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

It's the catching him that's the problem Ob! His lordship was raised in a barn I swear that door doesn't know where it lives half of the time so Reggie is far too good at sneaking through.
Obelixx, sounds like things are settling down and you are finding your feet....wonder which box they were in love the ginger cat story, don't think I'd go anywhere until mine where packed up safely! Hope you find a place for the clematis soon, I've just moved all my plants during a dry spell and am a surprised at what they stand up to!
BusyL, enjoy the barn dance, been flung round in a few ho-downs myself on the odd occasion! Loved your story Runnybeake! Obviously being 27, I've still never been kissed! right Dove!
Clari, looks Like Reggie has been busy with paint choice, you can't make such demands on these chaps!
Dove, bagsey a pickle please!!!!
Actually have a two day weekend!!!! just handed my forms in to accept the gardening job, I'm counting down my notice at my current job, two weeks and two days to go! Can't go fast enough!
Hosta, no rock moving! my Hosta has just flowered! And no slugs have got it! thanks everso!
Good to see you back and now your off again Topbird, bet the neighbours can't keep up!
Bushman if your looking in, give us all a shout, join us for cake and a natter on forkers! Wonky hugs
Harvested my first ever apple from my braburn that I planted in memory of Gramps, or Papa Dove! Only eight apples on first fruiting but beauty's!
Don't normally see this hour on a Saturday, but up early for our day trip to Leeds. Actually like a good long train journey- I am armed with gardening mags and podcasts !!

Mind you he's not feeling too energetic today!
Missed the rock posting Dove, sorry. I think we crossed , mid post.
My rock isn't quite as big as that one, but it's only got to move about 2m.
