Another hour in bed did not result in an hour extra sleep .
Awake at 2am then a series of sleep 5 or 10 minutes followed by 30 minutes wide awake.
So it's light at 6.30am. How many people benefit from this compared with the whole country having to turn their lights on an hour early tonight I'm sure the electricity companies LOVE it.
At least you're not out there in the dark getting your cows in to be milked or walking to school on pavement less country lanes in the dark (do any children walk more than a few hundred yards to school nowadays?).
those of you who aren't at the coal face today - put Radio Three on at 9am. There'll be 12 hours of continuous music - no spoken words at all - a river of music to mark 70 years of R3

Feck, you started school early Dove! it's only 7am.
They could leave it a couple of weeks yet before changing. I know there's only a given amount of lightness, but IMHO they're changed too early and FAR too late changing back to BST.
Been a real problem since I got back home, not helped by the fact I am trying to wean myself off the sleeping tablets I have been on for the last 10 years. I have never taken heroin, but the withdrawal process seems similar.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Hate Tramadol. Made me feel so ill. Will never take it again! horrid stuff! Sympathy to all who are trying to do without whatever medication or stuff you've been taking. Difficult times but it will get better ((hugs)) xx

A friend of mine has suggested I get some medication to help with the amount of stress I am under at the moment, but I am pretty sure it's better to suffer now than struggle later to get off the tablets, Pdoc & Hosta I think you back up my argument, even if they are different kinds of tablets. Good Luck.
So, a busy hectic schedule for me today, I've started already, have made a batch of Apple Muffins as a tester batch ready for the 108 required for the Halloween Party I am helping with on Friday. Now I just need to make sure the rest of the committee get a chance to taste them and I don't eat them all by myself, they do seem yummy, not sure if they could have done with a bit of cinnamon though, but they are for kids??
Catch you all later.

Whilst I was taking it, a friend sent me a link about Tramadol and I had every single known side effect ( except constipation. Is diarrhoea better or worse? ) and then it took forever to get off the bleedin' stuff.

It took me 3 years of utterly hideous cold turkey to come of Tramadol 11 years ago, after my hip surgery.
I feel your pain punkdoc.

Tramadol is horrid stuff. I had my fair share from the medication cabinet after the Accident and found it worse than morphine.
Horrid nights sleep, well more correctly, a horrid nights awake.
Off for a walk with a few other German Shepherds this morning. Then more waxing and DIY!
