Sorry folks. Should know better than to introduce gardening questions into the Forkers thread... However, I can report I've unexpectedly joined the purple dressing gown club. Somehow got blackcurrant jam on my cream dressing gown at breakfast time (I blame the cat. Obviously.)
It's the last Beechgrove Garden episode of the year tomorrow, 9.45am BBC2. Sigh.
Night night all
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
I'm trying to wake up, but feeling like I'd like a bit more sleep, however, voices in the kitchen seem to be having a bad reaction to my guilty thoughts.Ho hum. Better make a move.
That looks like quite a fruit patch Liri . I think the idea of removing every other bush makes sense. I have trouble harvesting from the centre of our raspberry patch and its only 3foot wide, so a picking path sounds like a good idea too - although it might be a full time job to keep it clear.
Does it get used much? Can you ask people what would make it better for them?
Good to have you back Hope you and OH are both feeling much better now.
Hubby has been in the kitchen again and baked a huge chocolate tart as well as a fruit pie. Visitors have already been given a huge slice of choc tart, but the other is for dinner tonight - after roast pork
