Not wishing to boast, but I have lost count at 30 flowers on my potted agapanthus. Its right outside my kitchen door and it gets the washing up water! Something to be said for Aldi's Magnum washing up liquid
LesleyK, my Peony has flowered at last and all the buds opened. Having been in the ground for thirty years it is now a large bush and my favourite being a Rubra, the other peony's were flowered and gone in early June, that one hung around a while, worth it in the end as it is surrounded by Cranes Bill in full bloom, quite a picture.
Too late now Fairy,15 mins to the station , 1 hr 50 mins to Liverpool Street, then across to Wimbledon - can't be done, he might as well stay here with me ... That person you can see on Centre Court is his twin - they run in the family
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Oooh - budge up Dove - managed to get away early and do the SM sweep so now it's time for some serious sofa-holding-down. Seems a shame on such a lovely day but someone has to do it.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
