    Lovely Pic Fairy, so cute.

    Lovely view Chicky, very romantic.

    95% sniffle free!

Attempting to vacuum the house with the car vacuum cleaner as the Dyson is still awaiting repairs. I am going to have bruises on my knees but I can't stand the mess anymore.

Just stopped to give puppy his dinner (we're home alone tonight) as he was giving me the hungry chunder faces then I'll try and vacuum the bedroom.

What are all the cool kids doing on a Saturday night?

Well I'm sitting on my chuff now Clari, contemplating something to eat if I can be bothered. image

I've been out painting new bits of fence for the side gate. I think I can feel guilt free as I've been busy all day  image

Do I count as cool? Very much doubt it....image

I've had no belt for the hoover from last weekend until yesterday. Good excuse to not hoover. image

I had c.pox as an adult. Youngest was a toddler and oldest was 4. I was very ill. Huge 'things' like blisters the size of my pinky nails - everywhere. Lost eyelashes too. Not good to have it at 41...  image

Adult chicken pox can be nasty.  Hope little one recovers and you haven't caught it Yvie.

I am cool, as opposed to sweltering, but it's getting close again.   I have adopted a pair of Converse that Possum was chucking out.  Is that cool?   They're for dog walking when wellies and walking shoes are too heavy.

Other than that, sort of a lamb pastilla in the oven to bake.  Need to make a sauce and a green salad and then dinner is done.   Drinking a large glass of well earned NZ Nobilo.

These cool kids are on the sofa after supper, watching a programme about David Bowie with lots of filmed live performances image  from time to time leaping up from the sofa to move the sprinkler on the flower beds and veg patch.

I'm doing the sprinkler leaping too Doveimage

Just been for another gorgeous walk, and paella for tea - think we'll sit outside.  Then a recorded Tatton to finish off a very lovely dayimage

Why is it your neighbours always seem to nip over to borrow tools and discuss what size tyres / wheels I think would be best on their new vehicle FIFTEEN minutes after you decide to ditch the smart clothes and go for the scruffy pj trousers with a breezy hole in and one of your (much bigger than you) partners t shirts ??

(I've recommended 19" if it interests).

I nearly didn't open the door but it's a bit obvious when he knows my car is on the drive!

I did get puppy cuddles with his *tiny* hound. I swear it's the size of Reggies head!

I've realised with the over night temperatures I may as well put the washing out overnight and have it ready to dry / nearly dry come morning than rush around first thing. I hope this isn't just optimistic thinking.

Think it depends where the 'breezy hole' is Clari....image image

I opted for a chicken and tomato sandwich for dinner. Is that cool or just lazy? image

Was that on BBC4 Dove? I thought I saw it at some point but forgot about recording it. Just discovered there's a new series of Scandi drama Beck started. Missed the start though image

I've just had a peanut butter sandwich Fairy; makes yours sound positively extravagant!

Breezy hole is on my rump; I was careful how I positioned myself! (They're so soft and cool to wear)
