Morning image  Looking out on a rather grey Nottingham morning, but also least its dry.  Going to have a bit of a wander round Campus for a bit then head off southwards, via Oxfordshire.  Have always wanted to visit Waterperry Gardens, so seems like a good opportunity - the frittilary meadow is meant to be good at the moment.

    See you later peepsimage

  • Morning everyone! A little frost here, but we have sun, for now image

Today I'm hoping to change 'bin area' to 'pretty barbecue area'. Magic wand, anyone? Oh, and my H is going to finish rendering the wall of the new water feature. Yip!

    Morning all.

Fruitcake lives near Marion and says she will look into it later. But Marion has family so I expect she's taken care of. It's just that she posts everyday on her thread.

Sun - at last! But frost this morning. I'd put some Salvia farinacea and penstemon seedlings into a cold frame and they are OK this morning.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I was interested to see how the Lombardy Poplars (which have all turned for Autumn) actually show the course of the river.  I hadn't that realised before.

I've got the washing in, but as predicted, have them on a drying frame in the lounge room, except for the cotton shirts which I was able to finish off in the tumble dryer in a short time.

hi to those who have come on after my last post.image
