  • Just as well it was a pigeon and not a Crow. There'd be no cat left!

Has anyone else received a PM from one of those idiots who were posting inane tosh on the forum last night?

I advise you not to open the link.  image

Just copy it to Nora and she'll deal with it in the morning. imageimage

Hope your son didn't have too much trouble getting rid of the pidgeon, Dove.

And not too much poop to clear up! image

    Hi folks.  image

image  Dove re pigeon... and thanks for the heads-up re the (hopefully non-resident) idiots on the forum.

I was distinctly unimpressed when I went into the compost area this afternoon, to find some joker had dumped a dead Christmas tree and a load of hedge clippings over the wall into my garden.  image  Now I'll have to chop his rubbish, bag it and take it to the skip.  image

But on a positive note, I finished decanting "rough" compost into a small bin to continue rotting down for next year, and mended the big bin ready for this year's offerings.  image

  • Evening all,

Just back from choir practice and had a little bit of excitement as we got home...a poor little lamb was trapped in a wire fence near my house and in trying to pull itself free the wire around it's neck was getting tighter and tighter. My friend hopped over the far side of the fence (she was a bit quicker in assessing the situation than me I think) and tried to unravel the wire from it's neck whilst I got the less pleasant job of pulling it backwards through the wire by it's very smelly bottom. image Seems to be an animal tales evening on here tonight and as always with animals a lot of poo involved. image

Cheeky blighters Liri dumping their stuff, can't believe what some people dare do. image

Scones with jam on Jimmy, that's another thing on my to do list whilst in the UK next week. image

Obelisk, the outcome of our role playing regarding Paris and traffic was that it needed to be discussed for at least another 10 years before anyone could make a decision - we might all be speaking fluent French by then too - maybe. image

Good night all, think I might need a shower before bed, the smell of sheep poo seems to be lingering. image
