Good morning Lantana, good to see you image. Hope they don't move the cold weather too far along - we're holidaying in the West Cpuntry in early June :-/

    Morning all.

Another 10 hour sleep. I'm getting used to this. Long may it continue.

Beautiful sunny day and Hubby has promised to "help in the garden all day" although he has " to nip into town quickly" hhmm, famous last words.

I'm so glad you're not leaving punkdoc and that you and Verdun have made up.
I tried to PM you Pdoc, but it wouldn't let meimage

Thanks for the PM Dove. Thinking of you all. x

Hubby is heading "up country" tomorrow but I've decided not to join him. The knee isn't up to the journey there and back and ,as I can't drive, I'd be marooned in our friends' house while he's out. Friends on hols, so I might as well be alone in my own house as in someone elses.

Enjoy the weekend one and all.

Afternoon all - just about here.  After a long and stressful week decorating and organising dance club stuff I too enjoyed a good 10 hour sleep.  Could do with some more.  Hosta, I do hope your knee appreciates it.

Cold and cloudy but fairly bright here.  The lawnmower came home yesterday afternoon so I whizzed round and did two circuits on ax blade height and then one down.  Oh gets to use his scarifying toy this pm and then I'll have another cut on Monday.   Lots of daff dead heading and other pruning to do but can't drive secateurs or scissors with the thumb yet.   Pain in posterior.

Runnybreak - I too have a myopic OH.  Had my hair cut form hip length to shoulders when I was 30 and he walked straight past me.

Busy - Good luck with the garden preps and hope DD can help out.

Dove and Wonky - I hope "not long" goes OK and that Ma stays peaceful.

Happy gardening everyone - or whatever else you're up to today.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

    Morning Everyone image

Nice and sunny at the moment if a tad chilly. Think I'll get out and cut the grass while I can. Sleet / snow showers forecast for first thing tomorrow - no wonder I'm keeping my toms and other tenders in the house for now image

Hope you have a good walk Fairy and hope all those with gardening deadlines get to spend a little time out there this weekend.

Get well wishes to all of those feeling poorly or have poorly OH's and hugs for anyone going through difficult times.

Jobs now done and getting ready to listen to Blades v Barnsley.

If I'm not around tomorrow it is because I am trying to fathom Windows 10, upgrading overnight from 8.1 image Wish me luck.
