    Been to Hyde Hall in October and the autumn colours were stunning.  They have lots of rose beds, so I would imagine June would be good .....put a reminder on Bernardimage

    Scaffolding Panda....I know the problem....we get ours from Clyde shipbuilders in this family  image

    Glad mr chicky's on the mend - what a relief image

    Got my walk - glad I went - snow forecast for most areas tomorrow so visibility would have been poor.  Smashing day with great 360 degree views. I'm showered and I've had a cuppa, so all's well with my world image

    I've instantly forgotten everything else I've read, so apologies to you all  image

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
