Looks like I will have to invest in a long tape measure some new pencils and lots of pegs and string image

Lots of photos too, and some tracing or greaseproof paper, so you can design on overlays and see how it would lookimage

And of course lots of research on the plant porn sites of your choiceimage

Apologies from Wonky - she and her Lovely Hub have succumbed to really nasty colds - she sounds really 'clogged up' on the phone.  She's gone to work but her hub is at home in bed as it's impacted on his Sickle Cell condition and he's in pain image

    Morning folks.

Wet here too... but yesterday I got my bark paths topped up, and finished gravelling a little bit that got missed last year when I was making a service path.  I'm just longing for a few dry days together so I can finish cutting a new edge for the lawn - it's still quite squishy in the shade & hasn't yet had its first cut of the year.  image

SolentWind, your new plot looks really exciting!  And I'm with the general consensus - you can't beat pencil & paper for designing, together with lots of head scratching and time to change your mind.  image

BL, your little garden sounds ideal for a holiday home.  Enough to be pretty (and useful, with the herbs) but not so much that you worry about it when you're not there.

    Happy hols, DD!

SM for me too... wonder if the umbrella's dry?  image

    Morning all.

5 hours sleep last night so feeling washed out after yesterday exertions.

Sunny at the moment, but it's not going to last. Blowing a flippin' gale  , again.

One a plus note, we're off to the theatre tonight to see Mozart's Marriage of Figaro.

Hugs for Wonky and Lovely Hub.

Happy hols to BL and DD

    Devon.

Maybe a little 'cat nap' image after lunch so you don't nod off in the theatre - just this once image

Dove, I have to collect Hubby at 4 to drive to Plymouth, so no time for a nap. image

No gardening today as it's flippin' freezin' and blowin' a gale out there. It's even too noisy to work in tunnel.

I've just stuck two loads of washing on, so will try to keep busy.

Might go mad and go buy new wellies. Crazy eh?
