I have some of that dead nettle in my shady garden. It certainly brightens it up. The bees were loving it yesterday. It does spread though so I have to pull out the bits that go where I don't want it.

My goodness it is cold this morning , only 3 degrees and max of 9 with frost forecast for tonight.  I will have to wait a bit till it gets to 6 when it is supposed to be safer for my heart. Dentist at two too.  I see lots of you have snow so we are lucky with our brilliant sunshine really and dry.

Brr it was freezing this morning and barely got to 6 degrees for my dental appointment.  all fixed now and have done a big basket of weeds.  We had a sharp shower of hailstones but it is sunny again now so may do some more weeding.  Too cold for planting as the plants would not appreciate such cold soil.

Hi Marion, got the afternoon off, and it's a good job too as I had another accident at work, that's three in two years and my manager never writes it up in the accident book, I fell over a big plastic box and hit my leg, chest and cut my hand, my leg has a lump on it like an egg, think I've jolted my back too : (

I hope someone at work is trained in Health and Sfety as it sounds like you have too many hazards there flumpy.  Seems like a rule about where big plastic boxes are stashed is missing.

I'm afraid no one is trained in health safety there Marion, I wanted to go straight to either A & E or my doctor but my manager just said lets see if the swelling goes down, it's not gone completely down but better than it was, but before I went home as I already had the afternoon off, he joked and said they do good coffee at Fairfield hospital if you have another accident this afternoon, I was not amused image.
