Thank you B3.  I think so too.  I have three so I must have bought them from the Secret Gardening Club but of course the label has been sabotaged by the weather or my wildlife.  I will try to find the name back in my records when I am not quite so busy.

We had some rain through the night so the garden is a bit damp.  I am hoping for a fine day next Wednesday for my open day so rain through the night is OK for now.  This freesia flower spray seems just perfect to me however way you look at it.

Garden very damp this morning.  It was raining last night when we came out of the AGS meeting and we seem to have had more through the night though it is dry now but breezy.  I will probably potter near the house again so avoiding the chance of a soaking. My visitor for supper last night went home with eight Gardeners Delight plants and twp pelargoniums so a bit more room in the conservatory.  i will probably use it to plant some runner beans and some wallflowers for next year.

We had a monsoon in the night Marion but the sun's out at the moment. I think staying within sprinting distance of the house is a good idea. That gives me a good three or four feet. imagePots it is then!!!

I don't often comment on your thread but I always look in and admire the beautiful photos. Keep up the good work. It makes me smile.

Rain/sun/rain here today in the Pennines.  Housework calls, unfortunately, but I might get some more veg sown this afternoon.

I think the scents in the garden are always intensified by gentle rain at this time of year, if it's warm.  And the scent of rain on warm dry earth is particularly evocative.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
