So dark this morning and gloomy. No sun forecast for today after the glorious day yesterday but no rain either and very mild for the time of year. We must have had some mist this morning as all the garden furniture is damp. Still it is good enough weather to work in
.Another very mild day for end of October nearly. Forecast to be dry all day though it will be dark early as the clocks have gone back, but gardening calls.
Awww, Verdun, only three of the many wonderful things that contribute to my happiness provided mostly by my friends and family and Bristol wildlife. This amazingly mild autumn weather is helping too this year.
Yes Joyce the conservatory is overflowing but luckily I have windowsills all round the bungalow so the overflow goes in there, all except the room I sleep in! Hazel, my avatar has been beheaded like Marie Antoinette. No idea why. I rather like the picture of me in my gardening sunhat which originally had the Lord Mayor of Bristol on one side of me and his Lady on the other as I was tending my plant stall at a MacMillan Nurses Fete.

Looking out of my front bedroom window at the autumn colours of Bristol.
It has been a superb autumn for colour and ,with no rain or wind forceast here for the next ten days, the leaves should hang on a bit longer.
I see you have pelargonium in the bedroom as well as the conservatory Marion.
