    Another fine day for gardening, already 9 degrees here and set to get to 14 at least.  I am gradually getting the spent bulbs from their pots into the beds and borders to do their own thing for next year. Lots of the hyacinths out in the garden need their spent flowers cut off now to stop them seeding.  One thing about an early morning inspection of the garden before first cup of tea is you see clearly which jobs are urgent!

    Had a good afternoon at allotment yesterday , planted up new rasberry bed , lovely and sunny

    My friend's narcissus "Kaydee" and tulip "Palestrina" are making a gorgeous show in his central Bristol tiny garden.

    Tulips are lovely , I do like tulips but I just leave them in ground image

    Hi Marion hope you are well image, just been looking back on you and your friends photos they are lovely, I like your tree trunk planter.

    ive been busy in the garden, my lawn as just had its first cut and then this happened............

     Yes it's started snowing!, has anyone else had snow?

    Yes Flumpy, we're the other side of the Pennines but have been having hail and snow this afternoon.  It's cold!!

    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    Flumpy , woke up this morning with a light covering of snow , it didn't last thought , infact this is the only snow I have seen image

    Good morning!, cold here but brilliant sunshine, it's meant to get upto 8c, when can you buy Gazanias? Mine died off with the frost : (, hope everyone has a nice gardening day : )
