Katie and Anton were mostly scuppered by the wrong music. Definitely not Paso friendly.
Kirsty made a mistake but was not hopeless.
I do wish someone, some day, would do a proper salsa. The footwork is very simple so the beauty and fun of the dance comes form the complicity between the two dancers and all the armography. All they seem to do on Strictly is shimmy and strut and an occasional lift. Very disappointing.
Anita was brilliant and the choreography was challenging and interesting. I do wish the costume and make up departments wouldn't let their flights of fancy impede the dancing.
Jay and Helen were good too. Peter André was underwhelming - again.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.
"The price good men (and women) pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men (and women)."
I found the whole thing underwhelming. I left the room and came back to something unrecognisable that turned out to be Carol's Rumba. She was just wandering about!
Jay's lines were lovely but he's still not quite "tight" enough. Helen was surprisingly good. She's making a real effort to loosen up.
Kelly and Kevin were good.
The rest were much of a muchness.......shame really! Too much Hallowe'en, not enough dancing for me.
OOOO I forgot about Georgia's tango. It was excellent!
Halloween is for children and daft teenagers not for dance or even light entertainment if those who do not dance prefer that. Handicapping people who have day jobs and only one week to learn the dance is not on. The costumes, make up and music were dire, I watched me up tube on other similar programmes and they dance the correct tempo. The first three dances were not good then we got Anita, wonderful though making mistakes because of the stupid horns on her head she said weighed a ton. I love Kelly, Anita, Georgia, Helen is very good yet there is something about her? Peter tries too hard, Jay I have yet to make my mind up, thought Jamelia a joy to watch.
David beef today covered with my own herbs though as most of the family came yesterday to tell me I will soon be a great granddad it looks as if we are having rissoles tomorrow.
Congratulations Frank! I never had a Great granda but my granda made holes in his billiard table lawn and sank two tiny clay flower pots so that we could play golf! He also had the biggest worms in the world in his shallot patch! He taught me about weeds and Wrens and monkey flowers......good times.

I agree with the above.
Peter Andre isn't making as much progress as I thought he may.... and oh dear, I do wish he would stop sucking-up to the judges.
Not a fan of Halloween at the best of times and nearly reached for the off button at the sight of the ghost of Ann Widdecombe.
Hello was in from watching football then out to a retirement do , so only say a bit , which I liked
remember it is a light entertainment show for TV
anybody any idea what Bruno was dressed as ?

The judges were the Adams Family. I don't know who that makes Bruno as I've never seen it.
I'm all for light entertaniment...I believe that has been mentioned before somewhere.

That should read I watched some of the other countries Strictly dancing and they at least dance to the correct tempo music. What happened to our show.
Frank

Frank's 'Great granda' skills will be on a par with his culinary ones, I'm sure.
Silverside here today, Frank...and I'm sure, second rate yorkies.
I was going to tease by saying and Aunt Bessie's roast potatoes, but I won't.
You could have Aunt Bessie's yorkshires too David
or not!!
We don't have either, I hasten to add
