I can see that I'll have to watch that site that one of you gave me (sorry I cant remember - failing memory and fear of losing what I've typed if I go back). I want to see which ones you are talking about.

  • Star Gaze Lily, is it a completion or entertainment, the BBC wants the viewers to engage hence the acting up. To me as a once avid dancer watching the feet and body posture does mean the razz ma tazz gets a bypass. My dance for Friday was Kellie Bright though the music was never a tango. Saturday it was Katie Derham, that lady can dance. It looks very much like a lady getting the top prize but then we have the GBP from next week, anything could happen, I hope the dancing wins out.

  • I'm glad to say, Palais, that I too am so absorbed in the dances that I don't notice the noise. I find myself muttering "your shoulders are creeping up" or "point your toes". I don't really know the celebs yet but Kellie was very tidy! I've done a little dancing and I think we should remember what Peter Schmichael said. "When I walk out as a goalkeeper in front of millions of people...I know what I'm doing. Here I don't". Good on them for putting themselves up for the ridicule that is bound to come from the armchair dancers.

I still wish Ainsley had gone on his bake! His Tango face was as fake as all the rest of his faces! image

I think I might sew some sequins onto my gardening jeans! Amazing outfits!

  • Not quite sure what 'is it a completion or entertainment' means, Frank, but Lily is just as entitled to her opinion as anyone else.....for what it's worth, I agree with her.

  • Ooooo Tootles!image

FYI I'm entertained and they're competing. Everybody happy!

  • David, did I say something to upset you. I was agreeing with SGL who was saying forget the razz ma tazz and just dance, or are my glasses steamed up with the leg of lamb cooking in the kitchen.. Each poster has their own make on things and every right to stress them. Some of us want a dance competition some to be entertained or even both? Put that way and reading her post again we both agree with her.

i will now go and baste the lamb.

    Frank.

  • "David, did I say something to upset you"....as if, Frank, just thought you were having a pop at her.

Enjoy your lamb roast, I know that's something you do excel at. image

  • I read a past post of your's DK about judging pets. Clearly you've never read The James Herriot chronicles. He, being new to the village, was flattered to be asked! Ha!!!
