I have wanted Ore to win from the outset. The "Singin' in the Rain" number confirmed it for me - absolutely brilliant. I voted for him this evening. Thrilled that he won. Louise and Danny were also fantastic, but I had to pick one - and that was Ore.
What a fabulous final. My Saturdays will be empty now.
Absolutely great show tonight, really enjoyed all of the dances.
Bit disappointed that Danny didn't win, far better in my eyes. But Ore was great too and didn't have any dance experience. But can't help feeling that working for the BBC helped a little, it's happened before.
End was different, it used to be knocked down to two doing a dance off, but all three did three dances. They also used to have the last years winner on the show too.
Bear in mind there are supposed to be 4 in the final, but Will Young doing a runner messed up the numbers. I suspect that if the full number had been there not everybody would have done their show dance. That used to be the last element, but always seemed unfair to me because all the couples had put so much effort into learning it.
