Amazed at the standard achieved in just week three, those people are working hard and most have a day job as well we tend to forget that. I am still looking at it as an entertainment it stops me chewing the carpet, the critic will come when we get down to the real dancers in the pack. One or two of them including Lesley looked about heart attack level after they had danced, some let the nerves get to them. I laughed heartily at Ed Balls effort not at him but with him thinking it fun and he certainly did not hang back, tipping this will not be his week to go, expect a surprise, the GBP are full of them.
Danny Mac did the Paso Doble. He's a great dancer but the whole arm waving thing always makes me think of Strictly Ballroom (marvellous film) "Paso Doble? That is not a paso doble. I'll show you paso doble"
Ed Balls is annoying but he wasn't the most annoying person on last night so may survive another week or two. I think the GBP will generally support someone who appears to be laughing at themselves.
I was seriously worried for Lesley Joseph. She did really well but looked utterly shattered at the end. I really hope she's not in the dance off. Not sure she'd make it through a second time
PS Well done to Frank's grandchildren

Gardening on the edge of Exmoor, in Devon
“It's still magic even if you know how it's done.”
I just loved the whole programme. Week 3? It felt like a semi-final with some of the superb performances.
I tried to vote on-line but the site wouldn't let me, so I hope that it was a temporary glitch and won't have made a difference to the outcome - not that I'm implying that my votes would have made the difference, but that, if it was a universal problem, then it could have had an impact.
I thought that the Singin' in the Rain number was fantastic - a true homage to the original film.
I look forward to future Strictly programmes with the young Franks taking centre stage! What a lovely result for them - and what a future they may have if they so choose.

I thought Danny was great too. I also liked Daisy.
Thought the chap that danced to Singing in the rain was great too.
But really hope that Edd Balls goes this week. What a bighead.
Really don't understand the judges scores at times.
Thought Ore was amazing - talk about twinkle toes! He was soooooo light on his feet!
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Frank.
That was Ore. He was brilliant.

Good idea DR - these performances will be warming the cockles of my heart (!) for many a long year.
