I've been pickling beetroot today. Some of what I was given at the allotment at the weeken was so big i couldn't get it in the pan, so I had to roast it first

filled up two 2lb jars though so happy with that image

ive been very lucky with my allotmenters, I've been given beetroot, leeks, potatoes, broad beans, runner beans, squash and plums. Sadly I've not had enough surplus anything to return the favour image

Hello , fine sunny day in Lincolnshire , my wife had gone up the allotment to plant some daffy , more garlic and onions.

Unfortunately I have a meeting in Lincoln today , so hopefully I can get up there on Sunday , weather permitting of course

had a nice afternoon in the garden yesterday lots of tidying up , including harvesting the chillies from the g/h , more than I thoughtimage
