Good morning @rowlandscastle444. Whilst it would be lovely to fit in a walk to work off some of yesterday's calories (hear hear @Topbird!) I have the usual visit from Marti today so I will have to pass on that activity. Cutting back in the garden could be a possibilty by dodging showers - I still have a Buddleja I need to wrangle.

Morning all. Although the sun is shining here( soz LB) its bitterly cold,outisde. The thermometer is only reading 2 degrees 😬 We had a wonderful surprise yesterday. I was able to Facetime my mum, and what a joy it was to see her.I had not expected that at all. A calm day lies ahead for us,time to recuperate😂
LB, I tried bubble and squeak when I was in London. I had English full in one pub near Hyde Park.
I barely slept last night, simply couldn't fall asleep. This morning I had unexpected visit, uncle and cousin from my father side. This is the first time they came to visit, and one cousin from mother side will come this evening. Oh what a joy. It's the third day that all shops are closed, so I must bake bread, but it's very relaxing job. Sunny and warm again.
