Strangely we’ve had a cool breeze flowing through the house today, so no need for the big fan. 👏👏

    Hello everyone.

Thank you @tui34 for taking the time to write about back pain. I am sorry that you have suffered all these years and still suffering. I like your determination 💪can't walk the collie? Get a bike! 💪Good on you!
I will look into buying a lumbar belt, any recommendations gratefully received. Is turmeric from the supermarket OK?

OH snoring away. Today will go to see the works in the newly weds' flat and later I hope to see some Christmas cheer in the streets here.

    My @Pat E that's so hot.

Hi Coccinella, yes thankfully, it cooled down once the morning sun was gone over the house and I’d opened all the windows out there

BusyL, ps. I love opera. The concert sounds as though it was great. I’m envious.   Mind you I could drag out some of the cds etc if I had the energy. 😏

    Good morning all.

The wind has abated and the sun has riz.  You're having a spot of hot weather @Pat E
    Keep cool!!

@coccinella Your GP should prescribe a lumbar belt for you or anything else related to your back pain.  No physio prescribed?  No x-rays?   The chemist will measure you for the appropriate size.  Handy when travelling long distances in the car or on bad back days for work in the garden or housework.

    Have a pleasant day everyone.

    Morning all.

I'm going back to France tomorrow, flying, to spend Christmas with my family. I'll pack my small bag today. OH isn't coming, he's spending Christmas with his daughter and New Year with his niece. He'll go to France on 7th January, I'll meet him at the airport.
