    Evening all,

What a nice (if emotional) surprise @Ladybird4

I need to get to my dentist - a tooth fell out a couple of days ago. It had been wobbling for a few weeks. I suspect I snapped it by grinding my teeth whilst asleep :o I'll ring them in the morning if I remember.

    It certainly was Biglad.
BTW, we will ALL remind you about ringing your dentist when we see you tomorrow.

I am signing out for tonight. Going to read my Mum's letters again and then continue with my book as TV is not riveting my attention. I think it would be great if we could claim money back every time there were repeat programmes shown. Enjoy your evenings all. Hope T'Bird and her OH aren't too bothered by their double jabs.
If Debs and Yvie get chance to look in I hope that all is OK in their lives. See you all tomorrow.

Thank you all for the sympathy about my painful tooth extraction. What a nuisance about your dentist, Hazel, but poor dentist.

I'm babysitting at Son 2's. Babysitter let them down.

A wild boar got through the fence and has been digging in the hayfield. I went to have a look and found the hole in the wire netting. Then I heard a load snort which made me jump. It was in the wild bit of land the other side of my fence. I think it ran away when it heard me shout, hard to see in the undergrowth.

Did the weekly shop this morning.

It has poured with rain all day. The new stove has made the sitting room lovely and cosy. I watched GW recorded from last week.

    Good morning all.

LB, what a wonderful surprise for you. Reading your Mum letters must be emotional for you.Β

It's heavy rain outside. Whole week so far is hideous. We had only few sunny moments. If rain stop, I'll go to cottage this afternoon, but there is no so much hope. At least it's Friday. First fresh oranges and mandarins arrived and I must prepare package for my sister and send next Monday. Now is time to go out, school is very close, but I'll use car this morning.

    Wish you all a nice day!Β Β

A very good morning Ante and all arriving later. It was indeed emotional yet lovely at the same time reading Mum's letters. I will be sharing them with the family as and when we have a meet up. It is rubbish weather here this morning - maybe it will improve later. I bet you are looking forward to your weekend! I have to brave the weather to get a birthday card in the post box for one of my great nephews. He is 8 next week.

    Morning all.

Don't forget the dentist @Biglad! I'm going back to mine this afternoon to get a sharp bit filed off the molar that was next to the extracted wisdom tooth. It's making my tongue sore.

I also have a GP appointment this morning, follow up after diverticulitis and blood tests.

No wonder you felt emotional reading your Mum's letters, LB. So many memories. I kept reaching for the phone for a chat after my Mum died. Hard to believe she'd gone.

Good morning Busy, you weren't there when I posted last. Looks as though you will have a busy day. What a surprise to get a wild boar in the hay field. I remember one getting onto my sis and bro-in-law's site trying to escape the chasseurs and the locals all in a spin about the sanglier running amok. It did escape.
Hope all goes well with blood test results etc. this morning and that the sharp edge on your tooth gets filed smooth this afternoon.
I have just got in from my amble to the post box. Had a natter with a dog walker and I had to say 'hello' to her dog, which was very friendly. It is actually dry at the moment but the forecast is dire - bit like yours Ante. Shoulder definitely improved this morning - just a minor twinge now and again. I am so relieved but have decided not to go to Canasta today.

Good morning folks . I haven’t read back . Still shattered after having to reset my phone last night . Had to start from scratch . I don’t know what happened but I couldn’t use many of the apps .Wouldn’t accept any of my passwords. My brain is still scrambled but I have managed to sort it .Have a good day .
