Oh gosh Busy - I feel your frustration. This is what I encounter all the time. I rarely go to the Doc's so it is really annoying when I cannot get through to anyone. Hope you get the call soon.

Our surgery is like that too. You can wait in a queue on the phone for almost an hour at times. Then get told they haven't got any appointments. And to phone back in the morning and try again. This can go on for days, they won't let you book an appointment in advance either.....tell you there isn't any π«π€¬ Sometimes get told to ring 111 or go to A&E π€·ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ Do hope you can talk to a doctor and either get antibiotics or a face to face appointment.Β Home visits don't exist anymoreΒ

Would you believe it - I've been waiting for a prescription to come from the hospital, via the GP. I've just had a phone call from the doctor himself, to say it's ready. Wow!! Not even a member of staff.
