@Ladybird4 I've been given two different types of sleeping tablets from my Dr, but they didn't work. Still lay awake for hours or I do nod off but wake up after an hour or so. 🤷♀️ @Busy-Lizzie hopefully it will gradually sort itself out. I'm getting worse the nearer we get to Christmas. Sorry to hear your OH is feeling poorly, hope he gets better soon.

I hope that you had the customary wish as you mixed up the Christmas pudding @Red maple. That used to be a big thing in our house when we were all little.

SGL, what a shame that the pills aren't helping you. Lack of sleep makes me really frazzled and you have the added sadness which can't help. Remember we are all here for you and don't be worried about off loading. I don't think there is any person on here who hasn't suffered from some loss at some time.
