Yes, LB, I did see that video, it must have scared the mum to death wondering what on earth was happening. Awful for her. I got a shock too when it happened. Lucky escape and just as well she was next to the baby.

Good morning everyone . I woke up at one o’clock .Read for a while and now I am watching the news having a cuppa .Can’t seem to get some proper sleep the last few days . I hope everyone is asleep .I will go back to bed after I have had my tea and try to get some sleep .
I hope that you are all safe from the storm.

Good morning Rubee and all to follow.

Rubee, hope you are back to sleep. You didn't sleep to much last few nights.Β

Outside is still very dark, and it might stay like that whole day. We had another storm last night, but this time luckily no wind. Just heavy rain and T-storm. I'll probably use car this morning. Hope you are all safe, because I saw on the news Ciaran storm, and it looks frightening in some parts.
Now is time for tea. Bird feeders are empty, but it will stay like this till afternoon. I don9t want get all wet before school.

Have a nice day and see you later.Β

Good morning all. Had an early night last night as I thought a cold was coming but have woken up feeling fine so fingers crossed that it leaves me alone.Β
Weather here has been wet and windy but nothing unusual for November. Hope @Rubee got back to sleep. Have a good day at school @Ante1.Β
Work for me then I break up for a week in the Peak DistrictΒ

Good morning Ruby, rowlandscastle444 and Ante.
Not another bad night Ruby! If your weather is horrid try to have a catnap this afternoon.
Exciting and busy times ahead rowlandscastle444. Don't try to do too much too quickly.
Ante, I managed to get my bird feeders filled yesterday. Robbie sat on the back gate scolding me so I knew the feeder in the back garden was empty. With my neighbour working on the Leylandii, the birds have been a bit shy in coming to the feeder in the front garden but I filled it up for them anyway. Car is a good idea this morning - keep dry.

Good morning Debs. Gosh, you must be excited about your holiday. What part of the Peak District ae you going to? On one of our family February holidays we rented The Mermaid Inn at Thorncliffe, near Leek in Staffordshire. It was amazing.
I am out at lunch time for our monthly quizzers meal. Friend is coming up from Crewe to join us. A bit sorry Bestie is not well enough to come but we have already got next month's venue booked.

    Morning all.Β

We drove back from Daughter 1 yesterday morning in the pouring rain. Rain woke me in the night. Getting fed up with it, I hope the rivers don't flood. Though after 2 years of drought it was needed. Forecast is for lots more.

I hope you enjoy the quizzers meal, LB. Shame Bestie isn't well.

Morning all glad to hear folks are safe and sound. It doesn’t look to have rained overnight here but have been out and seems mild. Might try and tidy up some leaves etc in garden Β today.Β
Think we’ve all had enough rain now, it can stop now.Β
LB I hope your bestie shakes that cold off soon.Β
Rubee, you seem to be in a restless period just now during the night. Could you take a paracetamol when you wake up- have a cuppa and so on and by then it will have calmed things down and maybe relaxed you for sleep?Β
Busy glad you got home safely.Β
Ante and Debs have good days at work.Β
