That sounds horrid @Busy-Lizzie. Hope you've got something to help you to sleep tonight.

Morning all. Sunny and still here.  Hubby is outside hanging a load of washing on the line. Isn’t he good! After brekkie, he will do the tip run. All go go here. 👏👏

    Good morning all  :) ☕️
Glad it’s warmer @Pat E … that iris looks promising.
Hope everyone had a restful night.
It’s calm and quiet out there … and according to the forecast we have a couple of dry days ahead. 😊

    Morning all.

Thank you @Dovefromabove, @Lizzie27 and @coccinella. I have slept, apart from around 3am when I got up to take painkillers. Hurting now, a lot. Took some of OH's morphine from his hip replacement but it isn't working yet.

Morning all, we did wake up - eventually, to sunshine but it's clouding over now so I'd better get a move on. We've had a leisurely breakfast with lots of chat. The men are going to work on OH's old car to see if they can get it running better and I'm going to walk to the paper shop and maybe potter in the garden. Otherwise I'm going to take it easy, it's been a very busy week.

Sorry to hear you're still in pain @Busy-Lizzie. I must say I don't think morphine had much effect on me either, even with the morphine patches the GP gave me.

Those flowers look good @ Pat E.
