Layton is a great dancer and that backward flip was amazing. Rewound a few times to watch the flip again. But have always thought it's a bit unfair that he's done dancing/musicals. Really enjoyed last night's show. Didn't agree with some scores again last night.
Slightly off topic, but here is a tribute to Len Goodman from the pros of Dancing with the Stars in America a few days ago. If you want to skip to the dance (beautiful, with no "faffing abaht"), it starts at around 4mins 30 seconds in. Poor Bruno at the end. I had a tear in my eye as well.
Thank you for that @AnniD. That was beautiful and it was so nice to see Len again after his shock departure. When he was on the shows, those were the times when the shows were more real and genuine, with lovely music accompanying some wonderful dances. Poor Bruno. I had a tear in my eye too😢 Lovely, thank you for showing that clip.
I was a bit disappointed with the performances last night and struggled to find three to vote for luckily Ellie, Angela Scanlon and Adam found favour so got our votes. Shirley looked uncomfortable in her headgear and seemed to think that she was headmistress of the dancing school "I can't criticise one without criticising the other it's not fair", Motsi took over Anton's roll by scoring high to compensate for Craig's low score and Craig actually gave a higher score than the others in one dance. Angela Rippon is doing brilliant dare I say for her age, Annebel can't seem to relax and enjoy the experience but she is doing brilliantly considering her recent personal loss, Krishnan looks like he is embracing the experience and never shies away from makeup, I can't make Nigel out it is as if he can't be bothered sometimes, who will be in the bottom two tonight I think that Zara might be one of them as her dance showed no improvement on last week.
Zara still looks like she can’t be bothered. I’m sure she’s really trying her best, but just doesn’t have the dancing gene. It must be hard to keep getting low scores and the dance off. Amazed at how well Angela Rippon kept up in her first high-energy dance. She has the stamina and strength of someone 25 years younger.
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.
I watched it but not too avidly. I think for me, whether they can move well comes first, so if they have 'potential' I will back them over some one who just cannot move naturally.
Sorry to witness the demise of the forum. 😥😥😥😡😡😡I am Spartacus
Oops ... pressed send too soon... meant to say I agree I think it is really unfair that some already are fully-formed 'movers' or 'dancers' when they come on the show.

I wonder what he would've made of Swan Lake this week🙄
